I bought 2 pairs of Chase 11 in different colours. I already had a pair of these shoes which I bought in your last sale ,they are extremely comfortable and fashionable. I have had many complements concerning this particular shoe so was very happy to buy new colours. I would recommend hotter to anyone.

I’ve been purchasing Hotter shoes for a few years now ,it’s a joy to find leather shoes that are comfortable and stylish after so many years of failures .They are a little out of my price range ,however ,as I wear them for years and have never really picked a dud pair .They do represent good value .I’m just hoping they bring back their tall waterproof winter boots (preferably in Black)so fingers crossed .

I have just bought the Lacania sandals from Hotter online. These seemed ideal as I can’t normally wear a sandal with orthotics but these are a closed sandal. They arrived promptly but on trying them didn’t seem to offer the same support as all my other Hotter shoes.
On further examination it turns out they were Earth spirit sandals sent in a Hotter box with an Hotter insole in them! The same sandals are available cheaper from Amazon and other sites.
I think it is very misleading to market these as Hotter sandals including the box and insoles.
I did contact customer services who tried to reassure me they were in fact Hotter shoes despite me explaining the have the earth symbol logo printed on them and were advertised as earth spirit on other sites!!
I understand Hotter has been acquired by another company and may be expanding their range which is fine but they should make it clear if the shoes are not Hotter otherwise it is misrepresentation.
I made the mistake of keeping the sandals because they were reduced and only slightly more expensive than on Amazon but sadly as I initially thought they don’t offer the support I need for orthotics having a thin sole so It was costly mistake.
Beware if trying a new style especially if you are a regular Hotter customer you might not be getting a Hotter shoe with the same level of stability, comfort and support you’d expect.

I bought a pair of Hotter walking shoes for my wife but unfortunately they were just not suitable for my wife's requirements. We had no problems in obtaining a full refund. Hotter's customer service was excellent on purchasing and excellent on providing refund.
We have purchased and enjoyed Hotter shoes in the past so we know that Hotter makes very good shoes.
We shall certainly consider Hotter shoes in the future.

Repeat buy of trail sandals for next year. Really comfortable sandal and well made in the UK. Great packaging and very quick delivery. Love the new brown board packaging.

Hotter’s shoes, trainers suits my feet, I found them very comfortable and I can wear them all day without having any pain on my feet. I wear wide fit and I genuinely comfortable with shoes or trainers that I have bought. Very happy to recommend.

Ordered Rose Gold sandals for a special occasion,the best of a not very feminine bunch.They looked nice in the photo but,in real life they look like a pair of sandals that has strips of plaster across them?. Not nice to look at to be honest..You really need to paint your toe nails to liven up the look..
The ankle straps are not very generous given that these are wide fitting shoes so we have had to make a slight extention which looks awful..So,why didn't I return them?..Because they were needed at short notice and no other shoes would fit at local shops...I won't buy again.
A previous pair of new Hotter shoes snapped at the heel when someone trod on them Hotter wouldn't exchange them,so now with these awful looking things I will avoid...It's difficult to find good shoes with a wide fit that look a bit feminine..

Always very comfortable fitting to size shoes. Excellent quality and good value for money.

The shoes were a little tight (although wide fitting) but I managed to stretch them now they are fine. Thank you for speedy delivery

I’ve made numerous purchases from Hotter Online or at one of their High Street Stores.
Great variety of foot wear and accessories. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who can assess feet and advise on appropriate footwear. I’ve found a particular pair of shoes and also some trainers that I find so comfortable that I’ve not purchased footwear from another retailer since I’ve experienced real comfort for my feet. Reasonable prices, which, if in the sales, become fantastic bargains. Helpful customer services and easy returns if needed. Would highly recommend!!
